In 2016, Reclaim New York saw considerable growth, which means they needed a new website that displayed all their services and initiatives. The site involved considerable graphic design and collaboration with their team in addition to ongoing revisions and additions in the months following launch. Upon completion, the site mirrored their two-fold mission and had a page hierarchy and flow that guided users toward more information by asking questions about their specific needs. This guidance helped Reclaim New York increase traffic and the capture of email addresses considerably, and they continue to thrive with the use of this site and their training videos on site-specific maintenance.
